Livewell Leeds- mental health
Livewell Leeds at Shantona works on enhancing mental health and wellbeing for women, to measure improvement for women, primarily, but not exclusively, of South Asian heritage. The service delivers individually tailored pathways and referrals to encompass the diverse needs of those suffering mild to moderate mental health.

1:2:1 Support Panning using Outcome Star to measure success.
Weekly group sessions: Mon Café, Wednesdays 9.30-12pm.
Excursions that tie in with wellbeing.
Visits from expertise to widen positive experiences and learning.
Outreach and collaboration with community groups/services/events.
