Shantona Nursery is a voluntary/charity nursery offering high-quality childcare where children thrive and make excellent progress with their learning and development.
We celebrate children's culture and diversity and deliver an ambitious EYFS curriculum.
OUR NURSERY
Stimulating, inclusive care built around your child.
We support children through adult-led interventions and child-initiated play - through group work and one-to-one support covering both play-based activity and adult-led planned learning opportunities following the EYFS curriculum.
We also support children with trips and outings, providing a holistic learning environment through our wonderful provisions and staff.

Our nursery is open term-time only, offering morning sessions 8:45 AM -11:45 AM and afternoon sessions 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM. Flexible childcare times are also available for working parents and those in training.

What are free funded nursery places?
We offer free funded nursery places of 15 or 30 hours for all 3 and 4-year-olds, and for eligible 2-year-olds.
These government-funded hours mean many families can access high-quality early years education at Shantona Nursery at no cost.
